Our fully integrated production campus in Foshan City, Guangdong, China spans 20,000 square meters and brings together three specialized factories under one roof — giving us complete control over quality, lead times, and costs.

Our Three Factories

 Mould Factory

Precision begins with the mould. Our in-house mould factory designs and manufactures tooling for all our plastic components, ensuring dimensional accuracy and consistency across every production run. Our experienced mould engineers work closely with clients during the OEM/ODM process to optimize designs for manufacturability and performance.

 Plastic Factory

Our plastic injection molding facility is equipped with modern machinery capable of producing a wide range of components — from small accessories to large transparent cage panels. We work with a variety of materials including ABS, PP, PC, and our proprietary transparent compounds developed in our new material laboratory.

🛠️ Iron Wire Factory

Our iron wire factory handles all metal cage structures and wire accessories. Using precision wire-forming equipment, we produce durable, corrosion-resistant wire components that meet strict safety standards for small animal enclosures.

Our Material Laboratory

Innovation in materials is one of our key competitive advantages. Our dedicated new material laboratory continuously researches and develops advanced transparent materials that deliver superior clarity, impact resistance, and fall resistance. This expertise has made Kanyue the #1 specialist in transparent pet cages globally.

Quality Control Process

Quality is built into every stage of our production process:

• Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials are tested and verified before entering production.
• In-Process Quality Checks: Our QC team conducts regular inspections at each production stage to catch and correct issues early.
• Finished Product Inspection: Every finished product undergoes a comprehensive inspection covering dimensions, appearance, structural integrity, and safety compliance.
• Pre-Shipment Inspection: Final checks are conducted before goods are packed and shipped to ensure they meet client specifications.
