At Kanyue, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. This policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for orders placed through www.kanyue.shop or directly with our sales team.

1. Quality Guarantee

All products manufactured by Kanyue undergo strict quality control inspections before shipment. We are committed to delivering products that meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or claims may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with defects caused during the manufacturing process.
  • Incorrect Products: Products that do not match the confirmed order specifications (e.g., wrong model, color, or size).
  • Damaged in Transit: Products that arrive damaged due to shipping, provided the damage is documented upon receipt.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Custom OEM/ODM products where the specifications were approved by the client prior to production
  • Minor variations in color or appearance that fall within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

3. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect products.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.

4. Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will arrange for replacement products to be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund may be offered for minor defects where replacement is not practical.
  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for orders where the products are confirmed to be significantly defective or incorrect and replacement is not feasible.

5. Return Shipping

For approved returns, Kanyue will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect products. Please do not return any products without prior written approval from our team.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the return is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
