3. Shipping Methods

• Air Freight: Faster delivery for medium-sized shipments where speed is a priority.
• Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Ideal for samples, small orders, or urgent shipments.

Our team will recommend the most suitable shipping method based on your order quantity and delivery requirements.

4. Production & Lead Times

Please note that our products are manufactured to order. Estimated lead times are as follows:

• Standard Products: 30–45 business days from order confirmation
• Custom OEM/ODM Products: Lead time varies depending on complexity; typically 45–90 days including mould development
• Samples: 7–15 business days

Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and production scheduling. We will provide a confirmed production timeline upon order confirmation.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination, and chosen shipping method. A detailed freight quotation will be provided as part of your order confirmation.

For large volume orders, we can assist with freight forwarding arrangements or work with your nominated freight forwarder.

6. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend consulting with your local customs authority or freight forwarder for guidance on applicable fees.

We will provide all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin as required.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and document the damage with photos. We will work with you and the freight carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
